Almost everyone is a prisoner of their mind, controlled by their habits.
Interesting that we seem to be able to help others but not ourselves. 40% of us are obese for example. We know why - too much sugar, too much wheat, etc. but find it almost impossible to stop.
But, you can do it.
You just need to write down all the habits you want to change.
