Mind - are you its master or its slave?

Rudi, my teacher once said, "Your mind is a wonderful master but a terrible slave." It is your choice how you use it. You get around 70,000 thoughts a day - but which ones do you use and follow.  It is like a broken computer just continuously feeding you all kinds of mostly useless data.

Rudi also used to say to his mind, "cancel cancel," whenever he received a thought that was useless to him.

You can get better control of your mind.  Just demand from it what you want and need.  Well this is a great time of the year to  plan for the future.  It is a great time to write what you want. Set new goals now.  Don't let your mind tell you it doesn't know what goal to pick.  Demand of it to help you get a great new goal for the year.

Nine years ago, I met Takashi Harada and was certified by him as a trainer of his method. I set a goal then to be a great Harada Teacher and to certify others in the method.  I spent months to develop a Harada Method certification workshop and almost immediately certified others to also become trainers of the method. People came from Germany, Portugal, France, Belgium, Poland, Spain to Portland, Oregon to take my workshop and when they went back home they translated the book into their local language - the Harada Method book is now in nine languages and Andy Sun is now translating it into Chinese.

I am happy to certify you as a Harada Method coach - contact me at bodek@pcspress.com for details.
