I will be translating and publishing a new book written by Kazuyoshi Hisano CEO Coaching Theory of Thinking and Action to Increase Annual Sales by 100 Times. Of course, 100 times is a vast stretch but Hisano wants us to imagine our future without any limitations.
Very few of us have goals. Very few of us are able to imagine an incredible future.
But, being a great coach is to look at your student as being able to accomplish fantastic things. To do it you have to set high goals and believe in your ability to do it. The coach is there to help you.

Something monumental is happening! This latest news, we believe it will transform the earth for the better. Believe it or not!
US Corporations are about to change their fundamental philosophy from being concerned only about profits, return to shareholders, to become socially responsible, to foster better relationships with their customers; to train and develop their employees as real assets not just as something easily disposable; to have closer ties and have a deeper more positive relationship with their suppliers; to look differently and more responsibly at their community and the environment; along with a continuation to return profits to shareholders.
Xerox Secures $24 Billion For Hostile Takeover Bid Of HP
Of the 500 top corporations listed by Fortune Magazine in 1970 only 60 survive independently today. Most of those 60 are very successful while the others just dropped away focusing solely on making short term profits. HP was the worst example. Their CEO's let go over 120,000 people just to increase profits. Yes, they made short term profits but now HP is on the "blocking table." I am sure either Xerox will own them, somebody else will do it or they will just go out of business.
This is a great opportunity for great coaches to show these managers and leaders how to really become socially responsible and also to make money. It is a real challenge but it can happen. They will need help. I want to help them and I will share my learning with you.

George Orwell wrote, "All animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others.
To me our Democratic system is not working properly and maybe it is time to look at it seriously and make some changes. Now, everyone has an equal vote. I would change this:
1920: Women are guaranteed the right to vote by the Nineteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.

- Billionaires get no votes; they already have enough.
- Teachers get no votes; they taught us and look at the mess we have.
- Politicians get no votes; they can't decide anything in what they do.
- Skilled workers get two votes; they do the necessary work.
- Unskilled workers get one half of a vote; they need to learn how to be skilled.
- Lawyers get no votes; this is obvious.
- Doctors are just too busy to vote.
- If you disagree with me; you get no votes.
Our founding fathers who wrote the constitution:
1789: grants the states the power to set voting requirements. Generally, states limited this right to property-owning or tax-paying white males (about 6% of the population).
1870: The Fifteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution prevents states from denying the right to vote on grounds of "race, color, or previous condition of servitude".1920: Women are guaranteed the right to vote by the Nineteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
In the 2016 election, the Democrats had superdelegates. (Following exactly what Orwell wrote.)
Think about it. Who would you allow to vote?

In the United States the Senate will not call witnesses. We know the republicans would not convict the president on the facts shown by the democrats, but preventing additional news is a dangerous precedent for our society.

A new great opportunity for managers
Larry Fink, chairman of Blackrock, one of the largest investment firms in the world overseeing 7.6 trillion in investments last year told his group, "You must become socially responsible, profits are great but you must serve your customers better, train your employees better, work with your suppliers better, help with your community and the environment and also make profits. If you don't I will sell your stock.
This past August, 181 out of 200 top corporations, members of the Business Roundtable, agreed to change from "profits only," to become socially responsible.
This is a great opportunity for managers to become great new leaders. Now the managers all know that they must get profits but do you know how to get your company to become socially responsible? It is a whole new "ball game," and requires new leadership. It requires new skills.
We will help you. I published over 250 management books including those of Ohno and Shingo. I personally met and learned from Deming, Juran, Crosby, Drucker and dozens of other great management masters. Their genius has rubbed off on me and I want to rub it off to you.

How to learn from a master
After World War II Japan sent thousands of people with their cameras to learn from Americans. They copied exactly what they saw and replicated it then improved it and advanced their society enormously. They knew how to learn from the master. We don’t. We rarely are willing to totally surrender to a master to learn. We bring our baggage and try to adapt.
Copy the master one hundred present, perfect it and then after you are a master you can be creative and improve it.

The Harada Method- get free MAP
Around nine years ago, I was teaching at Portland State University - lots of fun for me and the students. Four students wanted to intern with me. I contacted one of my past authors, Shigehiro Nakamura in Tokyo and asked him to help teach my students his wonderful MAP. He agreed, so every week we got on Skype and each week we looked at one line on the MAP.
The purpose of the MAP is help you become world class in all that you do. The MAP has 38 lines, each line is an important part of your company: quality, productivity, logistics, maintenance, etc. After each category is a box showing the world's best technique in that area and the next box shows who in the world is doing the best.
On line seven is STANDARD WORK - to discover the best way to do things and have everyone follow the best way; the first box had "Day to Day Management by Objectives," and the second box had "Takashi Harada."
After our discussion, we went to Amazon Japan and found nine books written by Mr. Harada. We ordered all nine - my wife is Japanese and three of the four students could read Japanese. They taught me about the Harada Method. It excited me. I called Harada in Japan, arranged to meet him in Tokyo and worked out an agreement to write a new book in English with him about his method.
After writing the book, I went to Japan to be certified from him as a Harada Method trainer/coach. I came back and did the method for myself setting a new goal to teach and certify others on the Harada Method. I did it and now my book is in 10 different languages and I have certified close to 100 people.
I also spent a year to develop a new Harada Method iPhone APP. We are putting together a new training course to teach you the method and how to use the APP.
