Lean - Agile - and the Harada Method

Lean is great but often it is not sustained. According to a survey of 10,000 people conducted by John Ballis only 1.6% of Lean implementations go beyond 10 years.  Yes fantastic results have been obtained but it just doesn't last. I believe it is because Lean does not focus on the development of people.

Agile is great to get teams to work efficiently but also is missing the develop of people.

The Harada Method is the missing link to strengthen both Lean and Agile. This method was rated by Japan Management Association as the world's best in day-to-day management to develop people to their maximum creative potential.

Test out the iPhone Harada Method App.
