Power of energy

What is a word? It is pure energy.

Someone speaks to you and says, “why did you do that?” You take the words and  you give them meaning and you react either positively or negatively. In reality, the words are just energy. If you are clever you just accept that energy and use it for your own growth. You can do this consciously by simply relaxing and opening with a deep inward breath and absorb the energy from those words and grow from them.

The sun gives off energy and all of life uses it for their growth. The trees and plants take that energy and grows. We also take the sun’s light for our growth.

Imagine how the world would change if we just absorbed the energy from all words in a positive way instead of reacting the way were often do.
